  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place your jewelry in its original Belleza Jewels packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
